This is a summary of the key findings of a survey examining the cuts to civil legal aid introduced by the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (“LASPO”). The survey was produced as a result of a partnership between the Centre for Human Rights in Practice at the University of Warwick and ilegal.
